1-6-2006 - Removed the photos temporarily
Very sad!!! had to remove all the photos and videos due to requests from many true rajinifans. Ofcourse! I am a true superstar fan, but it is frustrating!
I don’t know how removing the photos will help AVM or Director Shankar??? These spain photos was published in local news papers, magazines begining of this week and still lots and lots of blogs are publishing the same. Okay finally I have decided to go along with the crowd!!!

Rajini’s stills are amazing.really a great stlyish Rajini after many years.But please remove the pictures, which is miss used by some idiots.
The pictures published in your website will reduce the expectations, & It will effect after sivaji release.

Dear Sir,
A kind request from Rajini Fans, please remove the pictures of Sivaji’s Spain Shooting from your blog because it is a order from Super Star Rajinikanth and AVM Production.
For your information, the original photographer(spanish guy) for all Sivaji’s spain stills himself had removed all his stills from his blog (fmonkey.blogspot.com) under Rajini Fans request.
Maybe as a fan, we dont know what is the real purpose for removing this pictures, but we have to follow our Super Star Rajinikanth’s order as a fan.
So I hope you will consider this kind request.

Really a damn move dear admin.. I am a true Rajini fan and believed that those photos were a really a curtain raiser for the mega hit from SS..
how come these photos will bring down the hype of the movie.. It actully made the expectation bigger. Many of my friends who saw the site were really astonished and very happy. I am in Bangalore and in a diversified office like the one I am working, people from other states were realy surprised and Praised the team for the efforts.
It is a real free publicity.. Now every nook and corner in Tamilnadu and other tamilar domonated areas, this is the key talk. The election talk, Jayalalitha’s visit to kottai and medicos strike and lla other happenings have passed away as clouds in the rain of our SS..
Get practical yar.. please put back all the stuff..

The same thing i saw in rajinifans.com also..
two days ago, they said that they removed it by a ANBU KATTALAI from AVM and Shankar .. and now it says as directed by Super Star and AVM.. I donno what happened to them and no its u ..
I sent some mail to some of my friends in UAE to look into your site for the photos and they came back saying that there is nothing.. I saw all the phots on the news papers.. could the news papers be brought back..
Expectations are increasing for the boss. dont put sand on others freedom to take a look into thalaivars new getups…
I request you on behalf of millions of true rajini fans, who will be happy to see thet pictures… to put back the photos and videos…

What the hell man!
Why were the pictures removed?
All tamil dailys and periodicals already have the pictures in print and the whole world has seen them.
Dont listen to morns who just hype things and just keep saying “thalaivar says this” “thalaivar says that”, if thalaivar ever did not wanted the photos to come out, he would not posed for all those photos in the first case.
And how the hell does a buch of photos that portray thalaivar so well , photos that will boost the image of the movie cause any harm, can any body from rajini fans or any of those who request removal of pictures answer my question?????????

leave all thos morons admin, i know you love thalaivar and i know you adore him. You being a true fan would portray all this super good photos of thalaivar and show it to the whole world, not just remove it and shy away since somebody asked u to remove it. BRING IT BACK, IF YOU REALLY LOVE RAJINI.

but whatever the fans of superstar does is all for some good cause of our thalaivar. whatever we may d, let us do it together united. there are fans who sent me achievement greetings for running this site. they are crazy like us about sivaji the boss. this made me listen to all of them..
if few feel that it is not right to publish let us know the reason. i wanted those who asked me to remove the photos to explain the problem.

To tell Thanks or not, I really don’t know. But as a fan,I feel little of relief now. At my personal opinion, the photos maybe it is a real free publicity for Sivaji The Boss movie but at the same time it also can reduce the suspense or feeling of eager for movie among fans around the world. For example,Chandramukhi. Is there any photos of Rajini in Vettaiyan Raja getup in Raa Raa song released BEFORE the movie released? NO! why? Because, if not it will affect the sequence on the movie and maybe its success. The same thing for Sivaji movie now.
I think this is the best I can explain for you and others.

dun publish the stills.some of the stills is captured using camera angle and ligthing which is not showing the real effect of the stills. so plz wait for the real pictures of the song and release that picture rather than showing some kind of unrecognized ameteur photographer who take these spain song pictures.did u get wat i mean admin?
some of the stills are really bad in term of lighting and it really degrade the outcome of the real stills.people will lose out the interest to see the real pictures.
i saw all the pictures in ur site today morning.some is ok but most Super Star pictures not captured professionally. so i kindly request do not release it. thank you

I accept your point and want such a surprise from the boss too..
But, rajini fans like us who have access to the web then and there have seen all the stills. and that too from the best rajini fans site: rajinifans.com
But the rest of the fans and our dear friends who have not seen? Every one who has seen it in the net have downloaded it/… 100%
Do u believe that the photos came without the knowledge of Shankar.. I dont think so…
Clear pictures .. that too in the middle of the shooting .. how? think.. we are all amid the 21th century.. I firmly believe that the troop with the knowledge of shankar and AVM have done it..
And the best thing is that it came on the top ranked rajini fans site..
Now if they say that the surprise and expectation will go down,, gotto blame the first releasers and the root cause for the leakage…. Shankar could have easily done this..
Now people will say that it was by someone staning and watching the shooting.. but believing is difficult..
We should see that nothing is leaked out .. If leaked out let it be universal .. so that all fans can see them…

so removing things from this site has started a fire of conversations.. Let me tell my views too
!. Cant agree with removing after showing.. released is released. mind that nothing new comes
!!. Photographer .. ameteur .. who ever ,, photos are photos.. it will be a 5 min song and a lot more to see .. this is just a brief outlook for the big show..
!!!. certainly many more stills will be released and that will keep increasing the expectation.. that is what shankar does.. he will have certain things for real surprise.. these are just eye washers for rajini fans to enjoy and expect..
!v. none really knows what is to come .. not even the troop working..
v. Lets enjoy seeing and sharing what all we have..,. In know way we will hurt thalaivar and the sivaji team

if shivaji productions took care of keeping chandramukhi proceedings a secret why couldnt a bigger production and director of shivaji do the same???
This is pure marketing strategies, creating a over done hype from shankar, as the other person says it could not have happened without the knowledge of the set crew (i believe)
Also i wonder if these scenes would really come in the movie or these pictures with rajini in such a getup was shot just to create a hype. Gotto keep fingers crossed till the movie comes out.

one more thing, this site rajini-in-sivaji.com was started to throw light, give information, give teasers and trailers on rajinis upcoming movie sivaji. This blog is not about rajini in general but exclusively about sivaji the movie
so if you are not allowed or if you dont post all bits of information, all pictures, all the info you can lay your hands on, then i guess the whole purpose of the site is lost. I guess you can then shut this site down and convert it into mumtaz masala gallery or something.

We didn’t face any request with huge sound. First AVM Production people made a kind request followed by one of the Assistant Director from Shivaji Team. Later Lata Madam offcials talked t us by simply requesting us not to encourage this. After seeing our response, they himself called us and appreciated for the same. You were not supposed to put up the pictures in the first place and now you even have external links to other sites which have the pictures which really defeats the purpose. From your actions it seems like you are doing the world a favour by putting up those stills, like you are a volunteer promoter or something. Let me tell you something, if the Taj Mahal was seen daily during the build-up to the final monument, nobody would appreciate the Taj Mahal like they have done today. That’s why you are doing.. slowly ruining a potentially great movie. Surely, if they wanted they could have been more strict on you for stealing such artistic work but they did not pose such restrictions on you during the shooting. I can’t believe that this type of things have to be still taught to people but I hope you and hopefully others would realise the error of your ways and stop acting ignorant. I can’t believe people are still requesting the pictures to be put up again,it is like asking the bride for pre-marital sex when the marriage is just a few months away. I have to make these firm statement just in case some guy just releases the most important dialogues of the movie in a video clip to the world, thinkin he is doing the world a favour… he is not…. Legally, there should be potential action taken against you, but you are lucky most Tamilians are forgiving by nature…. Obviously they want the movie to have a huge immediate impact, instead of the “impacts” to sink in slowly to everyone till everyone knows everything. Do what is necessary and not what you feel like doing for once and remove those links on your part!

there is no use of debating about this issue any more. the pictures are out and everybody have already seen them. btw, what bothers you so much? nobody is acting ignorant here! these pictures are not ony available in the links which i have posted above. it is out there in 100’s of groups, orkut, blogs, sites and a safe copy in everyones mailbox or hard disk. plus - I saw a news paper cutting of the spain shooting pasted on a auto windshield. yes! everyone knows about this and everyone have already seen them. the damage has already been done by someone by releasing the picture and it has reached almost 90% of the population who know Rajini and about sivaji the movie. Director Shankar and AVM would have already made arrangements to manage this damage. They are not common people like us. They are the creators of this movie and they know what to do and how to react. it is a total waste to show your feelings as a rajini fan in very wrong sense which his like teasing many many optimistic rajini fans.
