AVM is officially launching the Audio of the move Sivaji The Boss tomorrow, April 2nd here in Chennai. Though the official release is set to be 2nd, fans have already started downloading 7 full length songs as mp3’s through various websites. These website may enjoy a short term fame, but definitely tomorrows audio release will make a difference and in spite of all these threats, I am sure Sivaji Audio CD’s sales would create a record!
The audio release was planned (previously) on April 4th but when fans were easily accessing to 3 good songs from the album as mp3’s through 100’s of website AVM prepositioned the audio launch and fixed it on April 2nd. The official launch at Singapore was on 31st March.

A.R.R.could have done better. Lot expected from him
since rajni, shankar combination but the expectations are not fulfilled. Harris Jayaraj at annian has scored good songs than the one A.R.R. Now plays. Sorry A.R.R, you could have done better. Where’s your talents are gone

at this moment we cant compare the songs with any other arr or rajani movies …..ecause we dont know what the stuff we are having in this shankar film..and rahman is such a music director he creats music for the situation for the movie….
regarding songs balleilaka is a song that reminds me earlier rajani hit “deevooda deevooada” from chandramukhi,,,still this song has the so called rahman magic ,,hear it hear it, and you will love it
and the beats are extreamly good.
in oru koodai sunlight rahman teams up with the ” chick buck raile ” suresh peters ,and man, suresh hasnt lost his voice over the time…..
Remember with this song ( chick buck raile )only tamil film has seen a new era in fast music…
and with this ” oru kooda sunlight ” i feel that rahman is adding another chapter in not only tamil music scenario but indian film music field though it reminds us “who lets the dogs out’”-
the best song in this film i feel is “shana “….{and *^***% the another version sung by vijay yesudas is not included completely in the audios no idea about cd)rahman is superb in composing this . its sad that it has omly one charanam.
the song athiratikkalm uses the beats of “ti pidicha ti pidicha mutham koduda” by yuvan shankar raja.rahman uses his sound for this song in high pitch…that all…
vaji vaji sivaji is a song for director shankar for his lavishness in screen.its good.especially the vocals in the middle. its a new experience….
“boss” is a sitution song only…
the songs are recorded in panchatann and one anothe rstudio in toronto .. so you can experince the songs more clearly and the “knife” slices through in surround version feel.
somebody has commented earlier that harris jayaraj done better shankars last annian…rahman is notnup to mark in this one…
no its not right..if rahman has scored for annian i am damn sure that it would have far better than harris’s.
now in shivaji i guess tha t this is a picture like “GENTLEMAN,MUDHALVAN,” WHERE also rahman was superb….so little chance for l ove oriented tale , so is love oriented music.
so no more judgement…lets wait till shivajis release …because A R RAHMANS MUSIC ALWAYS PLAYS A VITAL PART IN ANY MOVIE ..BE IT BAD OR GOOD

Here is mine about Sivaji-The Boss’s Songs
Balleilakka-I have heard this number almost 100 times since it has been placed in on-line .Indeed its one of the best of the composer.It reminds me of the Indian tamil rustic life in tamilnadu and on top of that the right diction and excellent speed of the song makes me tap my foot every single time I listen.
I have no regrets since the songs are accessible on-line -thanks to technology.
I am positive that this particular number will be a great hit followed by others.
And one other thing is I can;t wait to see the movie atleast in the DVD.
This is a 6 -star song, reflects composing brilliancy ,foot tapping feeling, and something beyond that the play-back singer has done a great Job.

iam happy to listen the music in usa i thought i would mis to listen the music but have download the music first time my husband got impress of listening the music of shivaji but were eagerly waiting to watch the movie in usa yet to be realse here.
