    Songs not up to the mark..only the first song was melodious..AR Rahman tried a lil too heavy rap in the remaining songs which sounds too silly n meaningless..lets wait for the visuals..

    All the sogs are too good…

    Remember guys very few songs of ARR sounds catchy first time.

    Albumn is a blend of music packed for different set of audience.

    SPB’s racy voice and Na.Muthu kumar’s excellent lyrics talks about tamil culture..Rajini’s Padikkadavan type look would fit to this song…

    Oru koodai sun light is MY FAVOURITE. Sounds Amercian Rap..But a peppy song..Youth would love this song

    Vaaji..Vaaji and Sahara are great melodies. Varamuthuvin vaira Varigalil…Hariharan is excellent in Vaaji..Vaaji..I would say this is best tamil song by Udit Narayanan so far!!!

    Adiradikaran and Vaada Vaada shall be good visuals ..casue they are typical super star songs..

    Shankar + ARR + Rajini…IT WORKS!!!!

    If somebody says the Sivaji songs are not good, then it means it means it is time for them pay a visit to Kodambakkam Mental Hospital.

    Not for Super Star, Not for Shankar - But just for A.R. Rahman’s magic, these songs would be talked for a long time to come. Add Super Star’s style + Shankar’s mastery his job - we should all get a visual treat very soon.

    I could say that these songs for me are like giving otthadam for the wounds caused due to the India’s exit in the cricket world cup.

    First of all i 100% agree with what Mohan Kumar said about Sivaji songs. for the people who always listen to the same type musics, when they listen to Rahman Ji’s touch of music.. won’t be liked it at the first time.. i’m fully believe in his touch there will be a reason and it will speak on the screen by shanker.. in Rajini’s style…. Bravo Sivaji Team!!

    I agree with Mohan; these days whenever an AR Rahman album is released people say it’s disappointing — and then x months later when the new ARR album is released they say it isn’t a patch on the previous one! I think Sivaji is loads of fun (a Shankar-ARR album is never going to be “serious” the way Iruvar is), and there are some really addictive songs, like Balleilikka, Vaaji Vaaji, Sahana (Vijay Yesudas version). I don’t know Tamil, but even the lyrics of Athiradee sounds masth to me! :-) Will have to wait for the subtitled DVD :-(
